Appendix 1: Commending
We really appreciate your comments and feedback, but you will need to avoid inappropriate behaviour.
Examples of Appropriate and Inappropriate are:
Acceptable behaviour:
- Constructive feedback or criticism that is respectful and courteous.
- Engaging in a conversation with other users in a polite and respectful manner.
- Sharing personal experiences or relevant information that contributes to the conversation.
- Using appropriate language and avoiding any offensive or discriminatory comments.
- Following the community guidelines and rules set by the website.
Unacceptable behaviour:
- Posting spam or self-promotional content in the comments section.
- Harassing or bullying other users.
- Using offensive or discriminatory language.
- Sharing personal information of other users without their consent.
- Posting irrelevant or off-topic comments that do not contribute to the conversation.
- Breaking any community guidelines or rules set by the website.
We take all forms of inappropriate behaviour seriously and reserve the right to remove any comments that violate our guidelines or rules. We want to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users to engage in meaningful conversations and discussions.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in any inappropriate conduct while using our website.
Appendix 2: Services
Tonosis offers on-site sports therapy, sports massage, Reiki therapies, and massage treatments. Home visits might be possible but are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Bookings and Cancellations
To book an appointment for our services, you can use contact us directly. We require full payment at the time of the service is provided, which can be made in-person.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, otherwise, we may charge a cancellation fee.
Mobile Massage Treatments with Home Visits
If you book a mobile massage treatment with a home visit, please ensure that you have a suitable space for the treatment. This includes enough room for the massage table, privacy, and a comfortable temperature.
Please note that our therapists have the right to refuse to provide mobile treatments with home visits in certain circumstances, such as if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable in the environment.
Inappropriate Behaviour:
We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a client engages in any inappropriate behaviour that violates our ethical and professional standards.
Inappropriate behaviour includes but is not limited to:
- Sexual or romantic advances towards the therapist or any other inappropriate touching or sexual behaviour during the session.
- Threats, harassment, or intimidation towards the therapist or any other person in the session.
- Disrespectful or discriminatory behaviour towards the therapist or any other person in the session.
- Inappropriate language, behaviour, or comments that disrupt the therapeutic environment or are offensive to the therapist or any other person in the session.
We take inappropriate behaviour seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of our therapists and clients.
If a session is terminated due to inappropriate behaviour, no refund will be made, and the client may be prohibited from scheduling future appointments.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our ethical and professional standards and to refrain from engaging in any inappropriate behaviour that may result in the termination of a session without refund.
Liability
Insurance
Our therapists are fully insured with public liability insurance. However, we strongly recommend that you have your own personal insurance coverage in the event of any injuries sustained during treatment.
Our website and services are provided “as is” and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to our website or services.
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
